Coating
A process of applying a thin coating of plastic to substrates such as paper, plastic film, paperboard, corrugated fiberboard, aluminum foil, fabric, and others. The plastic is melted in a typical extrusion process then forced through a wide, flat die. A thin web of molten plastic is then applied to the substrate on a chilled roller.
